Matterport Packages include:

  • Virtual 3D Model with the 3 possible views: Interior, Dollhouse and Floor Plan
  • Panoramic images taken of areas of the property that lie outside of the model
    itself
  • High Resolution 2D Snapshots taken from the model – provided separately from the
    model to use as marketing images for your listing
  • Virtual Tour: Virtual Tour: A complete and thorough walkthrough of the home and property
  • Hosted on Virtual Tour Page (for MLS)
  • Share Branded or Unbranded Direct Links or Embedding Codes on your Website
  • Free hosting for up to 1 year or until listing sells

Floor Plans – $65

2D schematic Floor plans that include the area captured by the Matterport Scan. Square footage is calculated for rooms, separate floors and the model as a whole.

*There may be additional charges for travel to areas outside Powell River or for projects that require extensive additional scanning outside of the main space, i.e. large acreages and/or numerous outbuildings.
